Wiki Compliance Plan (small group)

Hello!
I am contracted with a small physician group (2) to provide billing/collections. I do the A/R, A/P, credentialing, etc. I would like to have a complaince plan in place but I don't know where to start. How detailed must the plan be? Thanks, in advance, for all responses.

A good place to start is with the OIG's compliance plan for small group practices. It's a lengthy and detailed document, but you can modify it to meet your needs. See:
