Dr performs an arthroscopic complete synovectomy, with debridement of glenohumeral joint, labrum and biceps tenotomy and a subacromial bursectomy and decompression w/bursectomy going to subcoracoid area. 29821 + 29826. I read I can't bill 29823 and 29826 together? Any thoughts please.
