By "interim events noted", I am assuming that is spelled out in the note? And was there an exam spelled out? If so, I would say yes, it's good.
99231 needs 2 out of 3: problem-focused interval history, problem-focused exam, MDM straightforward or low complexity.

There is no other dictation. Literally only this was provided.
Interim events noted.
Has recovered from TEE procedure well.
No changes in CV exam findings.
Awaiting final decision regarding MVR.
Cardiology will follow as needed
