Doctor is doing complete diskectomy with decompression with anterior lumbar interbody fusion. He's giving me an unlisted code for the complete discectomy, I realize there is no code for this procedure in lumbar region, there is for cervical and thoracic I don't understand why not in the lumbar region. Anyway, how should I code this?
