In researching the following circumstances I have been advised multiple ways to codes this.
A bilateral laparoscopic orchiectomy on a female patient with complete androgen insensitivity syndrome. It is testicular tissue however if you use that code there are issues with the gender however it is not really ovarian tissue. How do others code this?
