Doc states he tested right anterior, lateral, superficial posterior and deep posterior compartments. Is that billed once or 4 times? I have read the Ortho Pink sheet which states not billable per muscle group but I am still confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Blue Cross seems to pay it fine but Medicare has a 2 unit per day max??
