my doc did open faciotomies for compartment syndrome...

few days later takes pt back to OR for inspection of muscle/ NO necrotic tissue no debridement done...he irrigated wounds / packed them but did NOT close them at this time.

can I bill ? what cpt for inspection/irrigation/packing ?
