I'm hoping someone has knowledge in this area and can advise me.
Pt had exp lap done a week previously and there was placement of abd wall compartment syndrome would VAC system at that time.
Now physician has done an abdominal exploration with washout, removal of VAC and in order to close the abd wall had to do lateral compartment muscle release, abd wall compartment release. I haven't had any luck finding the right code(s) for this.
