Wiki comparison xrays

I have seen a lot of threads on whether or not comparison xrays are billable and found some differing opinions, but I have not been able to find any medicare guidance on the subject.
Can anyone point me to something in writing that I can share with my doctors? Either from medicare or any other payers?

I realllly need some help on this one.
