Wiki Comp Closure w/ Lymphadenectomy

I have searched the forums and cannot find an answer. I need to know if a complex layered closure is included with a Lymphadenectomy. My surgeon has dictated for this procedure in detail and it looks like it should be a seperate code.

The only time you can bill separatley for the closure is when CPT specifically allows this ... lesion excision in the integumentary system, for example specifically tells us that layered or complex closure is separately coded. If it is not specifically allowed, closure (including complex closure) is included with the procedure.
