Wiki Common Ortho Surgery codes

Hello all,
We have just opened a new Orthopedic clinic and I am building the fee schedule. Our physician does not have anything to give me for codes and I was just going through the CPT book to preload some of these surgeries, but I fear that I am doing more work than is needed as I am not sure he would ever do some of the surgeries in the book. Does anyone have a surgery superbill or a list of common ortho procedures that I could get a copy of? I would really appreciate it! I have looked out in Google land and found several sample ortho superbills for office procedures, but not found anything for surgery. Please email me at stormysf@gmail.com.

Maybe adding them as you go would be the easiest thing to do. That way you can wait and see what he does regularly, instead of trying to add every single code in the ortho section of the CPT.
