Position Overview:

The Client Manager will be directly responsible for accounts across the nation for confidential medical billing company. Responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, analysis, and direction regarding reimbursement management, accounts receivable performance, and governmental rules that may affect the future of their practice.


Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• CPA Certification and industry association such as HBMA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibility
• Previous medical billing and client service relationship experience
• Fluently analyze financial reports, fee schedules and measurement statistics
• Focused on identifying on-going reimbursement opportunities
• Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare
management
• Serve as the primary and secondary contact with clients to ensure that company has
a sustained relationship and achieves complete client satisfaction, and fully leverages relationships to benefit the client and company.
• Superior customer service coupled with proactive approach
• Understand the client's organization and decision-making styles
• Provide clients with confidence to succeed by helping anticipate, create and manage
change ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Research and resolution of client issues and act as a point of escalation when
appropriate
• Partner with clients to deliver solutions that client feels are satisfactorily tailored to meet their needs, noting issues and trends and resolve any conflicts or problems through regular client contact meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as effective presentation skills
• Strong process management and systems background (including advanced Microsoft
Excel and PowerPoint)

Leadership
• Provide leadership in key department initiatives leading to process improvements and increased customer satisfaction
• Ability to set priorities, meet goals and deadlines
• Use of good judgment and influence skills with others; ability to be a leader in a team environment
• Ability to develop guidelines and implement procedures
• Proactively monitor operational performance indicators
• Develop strategies to expose the client to the full-range of capabilities offered by company while maintaining an understanding of regulations and other external drivers that may affect the client.
