Wiki Colonoscopy with snare and ablation

I have a doc that did a colonoscopy and the patient had a colon polyp and a rectal polyp. He did a snare on the colon polyp and an ablation on the rectal polyp. Would I use the 46615 code for the ablation on the rectal polyp?

If he performed a colonoscopy you would bill 45383 for the ablation and the 45385 w/ a 59modifier for the snare.

To expound on her answer though, the reason you would use both is because the polyps were in seperate anatomical areas of the colon.
