Wiki Colonoscopy with modifier 59?

If a Dr. does a colonoscopy with a biopsy and ablation of tumor(s), polyp(s), or lesion(s) is it correct to bill both codes with a modifier 59? CPT codes referred to are 45380 and 45383

Actually neither need a -59 per CCI. Code the 45383 first and then 45380
