Wiki colonoscopy control of bleed coding help

Patient came in for a colonoscopy and had a polyp snared and had to return to the OR later that day because the bleeding did not stop.

Normally you cannot bill for the contol of bleed if you caused the bleed but can you bill the control of bleed becuase it was during a different session even though it was the same day? Would you add a modifier stating that he returned to the OR?
