Colonic motility catheter placement - the physician states he is placing the catheter by colonoscopy. What do people use for the endoscopic placement of the catheter? 91117 is the code for the reading, etc. Everything I see states you would code the endoscopic placement separately. I cannot find any references as to what people are using or what is recommended.
