Wiki Colon Biopsies

How do you guys bill for pathology services that were the results of a colonoscopy? There were no pathological abnormalities found, and the clinical diagnosis we were provided is the screening code. Medicare won't pay for these obviously, what do you do in this situation?

I have been using 796.4 (Other abnormal clinical findings) as the primary diagnosis and V76.51 the secondary diagnosis. These have been paid.
