Wiki Colles Fracture - Can it be coded without it specifically stating?

I am new at coding and there is so much to learn! That said - I have an OP note with the dx of displaced intraarticular four part fracture, right distal radius fracture. This was coded as a Colles fracture, but no where in the op note does it specifically state that it is a Colles fracture. Is it appropriate to give the Colles fracture code S52.531 or would S52.571 be the correct option? Many thanks!
