Can you bill 13121 with 27486? or is it included?

There is an NCCI edit for those codes. If the repair was to the knee, then it's included with the knee surgery.

A modifier could be used to override the edit if the documentation shows that the repair was to a different part of the body. (Ex -repair on the arm performed on the same day as the knee surgery.)
