Documentation that states mentally handicap, would you use 319 (F79)? I'm receiving conflicting information stating if you can't get to it in the index using the exact verbiage in the chart you can't code it. Others are saying you would use intellectual disability in the index which is also mentally handicapped. Please advise. Thank you.
