Patient has colonoscopy and 2 polyps in tranverse colon are found. One is removed with hot forceps (45384) and the other is removed by snare (45385). Because the polyps are in the same section of the colon, can 45384 and 45385/59 be billed?

As long as it isn't the same polyp then the 2 methods should be payable together with the -59.
