Hello, this may be a silly question to ask but here goes. Doctor performed 49505. Pt. in recovery develops groin hematoma. Doctor takes patient immediately back to surgery and codes 49002-78 & 10140-78. I know the codes with the -78- modifier will be reimbursed at the 'intra-operative rate', but will they also be reduced for multiple procedure rules to the 49505? I need to know as soon as possible please! TIA
