2. B96.5, R65.21

It seems that the correct answer should be the second one because here Pseudomonas is the CAUSE OF DISEASE CLASSIFIED ELSEWHERE which in this case is septicemia, any idea which code is correct?

Thanks Riehen, It seems that A41.52 is the correct code but how can we code the entire phrase I mean the code with septic shock, should it appear at the end like in the two responses above?
