Wiki coding MI's

I struggle with coding these MI diagnosis.
and I so badly want to be better at this.
For example Dr indicated septal infarction (cited on or before 2/23/2014) possible. Now the pt is in ER for SOB, and COPD. How would I code this if the pt is not actually being treated for the MI that was cited on 2/23/14/

I have another example.
Dr indicates Inferior infarct, (cited on or before 10/8/2015) and anterior infarct. (cited in or before 10/8/2015). The pt is being seen in the ER for SOB and generally weak

for STEMI from 2014 and they are being treated for mi use old mi code

for current STEMI (within 4 weeks of the STEMI) AND they are being treated for the STEMI you use the STEMI code.
