The catheter was navigated into the RCC. The catheter advanced into the RIC. Angiography demonstrates parietal occipital AVM with branches from the NCA and ACA territories with superficial venous drainage. A Marathon catheter navigated into the AVM. The deepest segments of the vessel were targeted and embolization was performed showing obliteration of approximately 20% of AVM. Once this done reflux was noted to the point of attachment of the catheter so removed. A second micro catheter advanced into AVM in a separate pedicle, separate embolization performed. Successful obliteration of additional 10% to 15% of AVM. Control angiography demonstrates preservation of parent vessels with obliteration of 30% of AVM.
I coded this 61624, 36224-59-rt,75894,59 (2), 75898 - 59 (6). Is this correct?
I read to online to only charge the 61624 once and not twice.
