Pt. had a bilateral Salpingectomy, Right ovarian cystectomy, Bilateral Ovarian Suspension, Multiple Lysis of Adhesions and Diagnostic laparoscopy. The codes I was going to use is 58700 for the Salpingectomy, 58925 for the Ovarian Cystectomy, but I am unsure about the other 3 procedures. I believe the Diagnositc Lap is included, but what about the Bilateral Ovarian Suspension and Lysis of Adhesions.?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
