exploratory laparotomy, lysis of adhesions, abdominoperineal resection, splenic flexure mobilization, colostomy creation.

i know the exploratory lap and lysis of adhesions is bundled, and there was no anastamosis was done.

i have 44139 splenic flexure mobilization, 44320 colostomy, 45110 abdominoperineal resection. but the 44139 is an add on code requesting another code but i dont see that another code would go with this. can you please help
