Hi All,
One of our surgeons performed a complicated hand surgery and I have a hard time coding the operative report. Can anyone please help me?
Procedures:
1. Right wrist flexor tenolysis, flexor digitorum profundus, index, middle, ring and small finger
2. Right wrist flexor tenolysis, flexor digitorum superficialis, index, middle,ring and small finger
3. Right wrist and thumb flexor pollicis longus tenolysis
4. Right thumb tendon transfer, reversal of flexor pollicis longus to flexor carpi radialis
5. Right wrist median neurolysis with application of polyganics nerve wrap material.
6. Right wrist carpal tunnel ligament reconstruction with palmaris longus tendon graft for bowstringing.
7. Right wrist palmar cutaneous neuroma resection and burial in the pronator quadratus.
8. Right wrist Z-plasty with excision of keloid scar for complext volar wound closure.
9. Right thumb interphalangeal joint release, volar approach with volar plate release.
10. Right thumb interphalangeal joint and metacarpophalangeal joint pinning in extension.
