How would you code this scenario. Provider thinks just an office visit.
Patient came in with open fluid blister 3.5 cm on his left heel after sustaining frost bite. Procedure: The dead skin was cut away with a sterile knife. Wound was cleansed w/Hibiclens & sterile water. Triple antibiotic ointment & Adaptic, 4x4, and 3" Kling was used to wrap the foot. Wound care instructions given & recheck in couple of days.
