Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. We are a multi specilaty office. Can my PCP or other specialists see patients in an assisted living facility and can we code out for those without having an office at the site?? POS 13 says... Congregate residential facility with self-contained living units providing assessment of each resident's needs and on-site support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the capacity to deliver or arrange for services including some health care and other services. Does that mean we have to have on-site support 24hrs a day 7 days a week or does that refer to the assisted living facility? Any insight would be appreciated as we only bill with
