Wiki Coding for Mayo Clinic providers?????

I would like to talk to anyone that codes for Mayo clinic. I work for a multi-speciality clinic, 3 Coders code for 8 specialities and ancillary. We are wondering how the "Coders" work , if you only code or if you also do the billing.
