Wiki coding for involuntary hospital certifications

Is there a code that is most applicable for a psychiatrist service when they do an involuntary hospital certification(Clinical Certificate (PCM 208 in Michigan)?
The staff in our Emergency Services has already completed a screening for hospitalization or an assessment by non-physician, then the psychiatrist does the certification which is legally required.
