Wiki Coding for evacuation of a hematoma Post Umbilical hernia repair

The physician reopened an incision to evacuate a hematoma from a previous Umbilical hernia surgery. Local anesthesia was induced into the operative field. Does anyone have an idea of what CPT code to use for this?
