Wiki Coding for Dementia

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to code for Alzheimer's Dementia with Senile Dementia with Delirium. Provider documented both dementias.

Shell I code 331.0 and 294.10 plus 290.3 or
331.0 and 294.11 (skipping 290.3)
Any tip will be greatly appreciated.

331.0 and 294.10 and 290.3

I would not code 290.3 with 331.0 and 294.10. The latter two codes would suffice.
