Wiki coding for colonoscopy/endoscopy

Good morning,
Can we use the icd10 code K59.8 to bill cpt 45380. Is this an appropriate/acceptable code? The patient has rectal bleeding. Help!!

why wouldn't you use K62.5 for hemorrhage of anus and rectum or K92.1 for melna, blood in stool?

my thoughts exactly......the dr wanted to know about K59.8. I wanted to know for the record if anyone knew if this was acceptable. Is it more appropriate for endoscopy codes but not interchangeable with colonoscopy codes?
