Hi all,

What are you reporting to administration of intracoronary acetylcholine at doses of 1.2 mcg, 12 mcg, and 120 mcg given over three minutes in a 5 cc syringe dilution to assess endothelial dependent vasodilation? The doctor is report 93799 but wouldn't 93463 be more appropriate? The code itself indicates, "or other agent"...would acetylcholine qualify as another agent?

This is being done in conjunction with a left heart cath w/ ventriculography and angiography (93458), and iFR of the LAD (93571)
