Hello,
Has anyone else had a problem with this question on Test Yourself in the March 2011 issue? I have tried all four answers and NONE:( of them work!

Question 12A 21-year-old presents for a flu vaccine (not preservative-free), but has concerns based on reports from some of his friends that they got sick after having had the injection. His physician meets with him to address these concerns, and reassure him that the benefits far outweigh the risks, which are minimal. The patient goes through with the intramuscular injection.

A. 90656, 90471
B. 90658, 90460
C. 90656, 90460
D. 90658, 90471


Very frustrating, does anyone have the answer to this?
 
I had the exact same issue but on the July Coding Edge... It took me three different times to finally get the right answer to work. If it doesn't work again email AAPC and request their help in solving the matter.

Thanks to both of you. I tried D again and this time it did work. The first time I put D and it did not work. These tests are not foolproof but this one is over.
