Hello,
I would like an opinion on how to code this orthopoedic procedure/s. The doctor's office and us (the facility) have a discrepancy.
"SURGICAL PROCEDURE"
"Left shoulder exam under anesthesia, diagnostic arthroscopy, arthroscopic debridement of small supraspinatus partial-thickness rotater cuff tear, athroscopic debridement of grade 1 SLAP lesion"
The body of the operative report reads that it is clearly the same as the description of above.
