I am needing information and documentation requirements for coding these. Does anyone here know how to code these? I have done alot of research but cant seem to find what i need.

76377 3D rendering requiring postprocessing on independent workstation.
The reading physcician has to state in his report one of the two above statements. In the CPT code book it lists the code that CAN NOT be used with 76376 & 76377
