Wiki coding confusion - I just want to see

I just want to see if i can get an opinion on a diagnosis;

the physician stated "mild confusion due to pneumonia" we have had a lot of discussion about this and are having a problem determining what would be the most appropriate code.
we really appreciate the help!

As per the physician since confusion is due to pneumonia, so we can take 486 only.
