Need some help with a attempted intervention please.

Op Note

Via modified Seldinger
technique, a 6-French sheath was placed into the right radial
artery without difficulty. Selective right and left coronary
angiography was performed in multiple views using a 6-French JR4
and 6-French JL3.5 diagnostic catheter. A 6-French angled
pigtail catheter was advanced into the left ventricle. LVEDP and
left ventriculogram was performed. Pullback across the aortic
valve was performed.

Attempted percutaneous intervention to the right
posterior descending artery: Due to spasm in the right radial
artery, we switched to the left femoral artery approach. ____
lidocaine was infiltrated into the left groin for local
anesthesia. Via modified Seldinger technique, a #6-French sheath
was placed into the left femoral artery without difficulty. The
right coronary artery was engaged using a 6-French JR4 guide
catheter. We attempted to cross into the right posterior
descending artery lesion with a Cross-It guide wire as well as
utilizing a 1.2 x 15-millimeter TREK balloon for support,
however, despite multiple attempts, we were unable to cross into
the right posterior descending artery to the previous stent
struts in the distal right coronary artery. We elected to end
the procedure at this point and manage this lesion medically.
Post-intervention TIMI 3 flow. The lesion remained at 80%.

Would I code 92928-RC,53 & 93458- 26,59
Thank You

In these instances code to the lowest level of intervention - PTCA 92920 with 52. This follows the guidance outlined in a Reader Question in Cardiology Coding Alert, 2011 vol 14 no 4
