When can you code CPT 29822 with other arthroscopic shoulder surgeries? Rotator cuff repairs, Labral debridement, subacromial decompressions etc. When can a 59 modifier be appended or is debridement included in the other pro9cedures performed? Please advise. Keep receiving conflicting info.
