I work for Ortho docs. We were without radiology in our office one day last week so the docs used fluoroscopy instead.
This is new for us so I'm wondering if anyone has done similar in their practices and if CPT 76000 would be used in this case.
Example of office note imaging documentation:
"Under direction of Dr. Smith, the patient had fluoroscopic images done of the right small finger using the mini C arm and there were no acute fractures or dislocations noted".

Internet search hasn't provided much help. I may be overthinking this, so I appreciate any guidance here.
