How are you currently communicating with your providers regarding their coding? i.e., a list of patients, CPT codes, ICD10, etc. with corrections?
Currently we have encrypted email system, however we are being told it is unacceptable to send PHI using this source.

How about setting up a task in your EMR system and requesting provider feedback?

We can use our encrypted emails, but we can also send messages to providers via our EHR.
