Wiki code for fluoro imaging

Doc performed spinal cord stimulator trial. Four days later patient is taken to fluoro suite for scan of their back with no injection. This was done to see placement of leads. I am not sure what cpt code to use for this. I am thinking I can not use 77003 since an injection was not performed. Thoughts?

As long as the provider documents his time spent and documents specifically the structures he is seeing via the flouro and his findings, it would support the 76000 code probably.

You are correct that the 77003 code wouldn't work.
