Hello, I am trying to find the correct codes for the following statement....."In which he made an incision into the patient?s left Olecranon bursitis, drained the bursitis, injected it with Kenalog, and then packed it."

I'm not sure how to bill for the incision, draining and packing of the bursitis.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
Check out 23931 I&D upper arm or elbow area, bursa. Surprisingly, the 20605 for the Kenalog is also billable for the drug administration as it does not bundle together.
