If patient has COBRA insurance claims?
Where the claims must be submitted and who preps the claim- the patient or the medical office / claim must be submitted to the insurance company or to the emlpoyeer...?

Also if MEDICARE patient travels outside the USA - MEDICARE COVERS OR NOT?
I know BCBS covers.

COBRA claims are submitted to the insurance carrier just like a regular claim. The only difference is the patient pays the insurance premium as opposed to the employer.
