I need help finding the appropriate CPT code for a coblation of a nasal & nasopharyngeal papilloma that a physician is wanting to do. I have researched and keep coming up with inconsistant answers. I have found one place that says I should use 30802 and then another place that says I should use 30140. I am trying to get prior authorization and I know if I don't request authorization for the correct code that after the bill is submitted they will deny. Can anyone help?? Please!!
