I work for a billing service and we have notice that , after we collect patients copayment at TOS, and when we receive the EOB it doesn't show the patients are responsible for Co-Pay.

My question are we suppose to give the patients Co-Payments back because the EOB doesn't show the copayment, or are the Payers not always including copayments in the EOB's?

Hello, I am noticing the same issue with several of our payors (in Virginia)...was looking here for some explanation or guidance too.
