Wiki Co-pay Diabetic Management Session

We provide a program for diabetic management with a dietitian. The program consists of four sessions. Is it possible (or legal) for us to charge a one time fee so that people are only paying for 1 co-pay per series? The codes are described as per session or visit. I would be interested to know if any payers allow this.
